The aim of Tong Yang Wu Kao Culture and Education Foundation is to “care for the society’s road traffic culture and to enhance the people’s traffic quality.” By holding various traffic safety related activities in order to give back to the society and community, Tong Yang Group wants to do its best in fulfilling its social responsibilities. Activities mainly are carried out to propagandize young students for traffic safety and provide students a bold stage for new generations to show and express their creative thoughts with regard to traffic safety.

“Caring for the Society’s Road Traffic Culture and Enhancing the People’s Traffic Quality” is the self-expectation and goal of Tong Yang Wu Kao Culture and Education Foundation toward a better road safety in Taiwan.

In view of the founder Mr. WU Kao’s nearly half-life dedication in the fabrication of transportation equipment parts and Tong Yang Group’s long-term devotion in the professional field to produce parts that are able to help “promote traffic quality”, the top management of Tong Yang Group, Mr. WU, Yung-Feng, Mr. WU, Yeong-Maw, and Mr. WU, Yung-Hsiang, jointly established Tong Yang Wu Kao Culture and Education Foundation in October 1993.
