R&D and Quality Assurance

The R&D Center has devoted itself in the innovations of material use and technologies; at the same time, conducted in the development of energy-saving and automating equipment. Technologies launched such as Low Pressure Forming Machine, CNC Ultrasonic Welding Machine and Instrument Panel Flame Treatment Machine all contribute to the remarkable accomplishments.  Under well-implemented “ Total Quality Assurance Systems”, Tong Yang have been granted Ford Q1 Quality Supplier Award and other quality system accreditation such as TS16949：2002 accreditation, ISO9001：2000 International Quality Assurance Identification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and etc.  Furthermore, many products also carry certification of “Complete Correspondence to CAPA New Quality Standard” from the Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) .  Maximizing customers satisfaction has always been the quality assurance utmost goal in Tong Yang.
